With the continued growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Executive to join our team. This key position will involve assisting the Finance Manager in managing and overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Your Key responsibilities shall include:

• Having a portfolio of clients assigned and communicating with the clients on a daily basis.
• Preparation of payroll and assisting clients with employment related queries.
• Preparation of VAT returns and assisting clients with VAT related queries.
• Preparation of monthly and year end Accounts and presenting them to management.
• Assign accounting work and provide guidance where required to Accounts Supporting Officers.
• Reports to the Finance Executive Manager and other members of the Management Team.

 The experience and skills we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting environment
• In the process of achieving a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Be able to fluently communicate and write in both English and Maltese languages.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines to ensure that the organizational goals are met.
• Be able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within stipulated time frames.
• Be proficient in the use of computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel.
